Report Manager is a tool specialized in managing and creating weekly reports for development and digital marketing teams. The platform allows structured documentation of completed tasks, improvements implemented on websites, performance metrics, relevant observations, and next steps.
The system includes functionalities for task assignment, time tracking, comparison of metrics between periods, and automatic generation of reports in PDF format and presentations for clients. The platform facilitates communication between internal teams and clients, providing transparency in project progress.
Challenges & Solutions
One of the main challenges was creating a system flexible enough to adapt to different types of projects (web development, SEO, content marketing, etc.) while maintaining a coherent structure for reports. We developed a system of customizable templates with modular components that can be activated or deactivated according to the specific needs of each project.
Another important challenge was integration with various data sources for automatic metric collection (Google Analytics, Search Console, social networks, etc.). We implemented a connector system that allows adding new integrations without modifying the central architecture of the application.
Results
The implementation of Report Manager has reduced the time spent on preparing weekly reports by 65%, while improving the quality and consistency of the information presented. Clients have particularly valued the transparency and structured format, which has contributed to an improvement in service perception and an increase in contract renewals.
The platform currently manages more than 50 active projects with more than 100 tracking metrics per project, generating approximately 200 reports monthly.
