2. What data we process and why
Contact form: we collect your name, email address, company (optional) and the message you send us, for the sole purpose of handling and replying to your enquiry. This data is sent directly by email to our contact inbox and is not stored in this website's database. Analytics and marketing: only if you expressly accept it in the cookie banner, browsing data is collected through Google Analytics 4 for statistical purposes and, where applicable, marketing tools. 3. Legal basis
The processing of contact form data is based on the application of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject and on your consent when submitting the form (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR). The processing of analytics and marketing data is based exclusively on your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from the cookie settings.
4. Recipients and data processors
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. To operate this website we use the following service providers, acting as data processors: • Vercel Inc. (USA) — website hosting. • Resend (USA) — delivery of the email generated by the contact form. • Google LLC (USA) — web analytics and tags (Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics 4), only with your consent. • MongoDB Atlas — website content database, hosted in the Paris region (European Union). • Cloudinary (USA) — hosting of content images. • Clerk (USA) — authentication for the private admin area (does not apply to visitors). International data transfers to providers established in the United States are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or, failing that, by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
5. Retention periods
Contact form data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, at most, for 12 months from the last contact, unless the conversation leads to a contractual relationship, in which case it will be kept in accordance with the applicable legal periods. Analytics data is retained according to the periods configured in Google Analytics.
6. Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by sending an email to contact@neerutech.com, indicating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a means of verifying your identity. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.
7. Supervisory authority
If you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid — www.aepd.es.
